一、简介

胡玲，女，1987年04月，山东济南人，中共党员，副教授，硕士生导师。2015年获得英国上市公司365植物学博士学位，博士期间从事植物资源分类学尤其是地衣分类学的研究工作。2015-2018年在山东省农业科学院作物所攻读博士后，研究逆境胁迫下小麦的分子响应机制。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，横向课题1项，英国上市公司365青年科技项目1项，参与编研《中国真菌志——网衣科》《昆嵛山地衣志》。以第一或通讯作者在《International journal of molecular science》《Plant science》《Physiologia Plantarum》《MycoKeys》《Phytotaxa》《Herzogia》《Mycotaxon》等SCI刊物发表论文14篇，在《广西植物学报》和《济南大学学报》等中文核心期刊发表论文2篇。讲授研究生课程：《分子生物学》《水生生物学》；讲授本科生课程《环境生物学》。培养硕士研究生6名，1名获得校级优秀硕士毕业论文。

二、研究方向

1、地衣系统分类学方向：利用系统发育学方法对特殊的真菌资源——地衣，进行分类学研究。一方面针对某一区域开展资源调查，摸清本底数据，构建包括生境和精细解剖的高清图片、专业翔实的文字记录以及DNA条形码在内的地衣数字标本馆；另一方面通过传统形态学研究结合多基因序列位点的系统发育分析，探究某一类群的系统演化规律。

2、植物逆境研究方向：在转录组、代谢组以及生理学水平上探究小麦耐旱的机制，挖掘与耐旱相关的候选基因，为小麦耐旱品种的选育提供科学依据。
