二:主要研究方向

细胞骨架是一种高度动态的结构体系,对细胞的结构和功能发挥组织作用,并进一步影响细胞的形态、运动以及周围的细胞和环境,与人类疾病密切相关。主要的研究方向:(1)关注微管组织中心—中心体在组织器官发育和个体稳态的作用;(2)关注微管和动力蛋白组成的高度特化结构纤毛的发生和解聚,探究蛋白互作、蛋白修饰等发挥的调控机制,为纤毛病的诊治提供新依据。
