【研究体系】

实验室聚焦细胞骨架与相关疾病机制研究，建立三大创新研究体系：

细胞骨架和纤毛等细胞器的结构功能解析：运用活细胞成像技术，解析细胞骨架和纤毛形态发生中的新分子机制。

遗传病分子病理解析：对常见遗传疾病及新型罕见遗传病进行分子机制探究，为药物研发和预防筛选提供理论基础。

合成生物学技术平台：开发衣藻“生物工厂”，应用于生物医药和生态农业领域。

【学术成就】

• 在PNAS，Journal of Cell Biology，Nature communications和Science Advances等综合期刊及细胞生物学顶级期刊独立发表系列创新成果（近五年IF>10论文5篇以上）。

• 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，建立纤毛疾病转化医学研究平台，与国内外主要科研单位保持长期技术合作（近五年主持省部级及国家级基金4项以上）。

【团队建设】

实验室配备超分辨显微镜等最先进设备，组建包括细胞生物学、遗传学、生物信息学交叉背景的12人研究团队（博士2人，科研助理1人，硕士若干）。

【人才培养和社会服务】

开设本科生《细胞生物学》，研究生《高级细胞生物学前沿》课程，具备双语教学资质，指导本科生及研究生科技创新竞赛等。定期入中小学和社区进行义务授课。
