肿瘤微环境是肿瘤细胞产生及赖以生存的环境,具有缺氧、偏酸性、营养匮乏与氧化应激等标志性特征。课题组致力于解析肿瘤微环境调控肿瘤发生发展的分子机制,为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶标、策略、技术及先导化合物,重点开展以下研究方向:
1. 低氧感知与应答:聚焦于PHD-VHL-HIF信号通路,揭示肿瘤细胞感知及应答低氧的分子机制 (Adv Sci, 2025; JBC, 2024; Cell Death Dis, 2024; Oncogene, 2023; JMC, 2023; JCP, 2022; Pharmocol Ther, 2022/2021; Cancer Res, 2020/2020; Cancer Lett, 2020; JCI, 2018)。
